Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip inside.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
